Delivery Options
Your RuVal Linens order will be shipped to you via UPS. You may choose from ground delivery or have it expedited by choosing 3-day, 2-day or overnight delivery for an additional cost. See shipping map at the bottom of this page to know when your package will be delivered.
Please note that, regardless of your chosen delivery method, orders with a merchandise value of $500 and greater will require a signature upon receipt of delivery. If your order is sent to you in multiple shipments, each separate shipment will require a signature if the total order is $500 or greater.
UPS Ground Delivery
Orders that are received by us before 3 p.m. EST will ship the same business day. Saturday delivery is not available. Please contact a Customer Service representative at 813-475-6484 to inquire about delivery questions.
UPS 3 day select, 2nd day, and Next day air Delivery
Orders placed by 3 p.m. EST will ship on the same business day. Saturday delivery is not available. Please contact a Customer Service representative at 813-475-4285 to inquire about delivery questions
International Delivery
RuVal Linens will not be held liable for any customs duties or taxes that arise from your local customs office.We will also not be held responsible for any additional fee the local carrier in your country may charge.
Please note: We do not ship orders on Saturday or Sunday. Any orders placed on the weekend or on a national holiday will be shipped on the next business day.
