What is your return policy?

General Shipping rules for returns:
  • Exchanges: If you are exchanging merchandise you are responsible for the cost of returning it to us. Shipment of a replacement item of equal or near equal value is free of charge; however, if you would like to upgrade your shipping method or purchase additional items, you are responsible for the cost of the additional items and shipping charges.
  • Returns: If you are returning merchandise for a refund, you are responsible for the cost of returning the items to us. Unfortunately, we cannot reimburse you for the original shipping charges. If you took advantage of a free shipping offer there will be a 10% restocking fee if you return the item.
  • Incorrect orders: If we have inadvertently sent you incorrect merchandise, we apologize. You will not be charged for the shipping costs of replacement merchandise and we will arrange for the items to be shipped back to us.
  • Defective merchandise: We can issue a return postage label for you if your item is defective. Please call us to discuss this option. We can only pay for return postage if the item is defective.
  • Credits to your charge card or PayPal account: A credit will be issued as soon as we receive your return. It may take one to two billing cycles for a refund to appear on your credit card statement.
For linens:
You may return an item for refund or replacement within 30 days of the shipment date provided that the item has not been used. Used or opened bed sheet sets are exchangeable up to 90 days if they thin, pill, shrink or fade or have other manufacturers defect. Shipping and handling charges are non-refundable. All returns must be accompanied by a copy of the receipt. When you return an item, please indicate the reason for the return. You may want to insure your return; we cannot be responsible for lost or misdirected returns. If you paid for your order by credit card, a credit will be issued and will appear on your billing statement.
 
For apparel:
We take great pride in our reputation for quality and value, and guarantee unconditionally every piece of merchandise shipped against any defect in fabric, trim or workmanship. If you are dissatisfied with a purchase, please return the item within 14 days of its receipt and we will gladly assist you with a prompt exchange provided that the garment is un-worn and in its original packaging (including hang tags).
THERE ARE NO RETURNS OR EXCHANGES ALLOWED FOR PANTIES.
